Accident books are required by the HSE (Health and Safety Executive) to record any accident in the workplace, noting any incident as soon as they occur. This book includes space for 53 records, including fields for the name of the person who had the accident, who filled out the record, details of the accident, section for signing and adding the date, as well as a section for the employer. Pages are perforated for easy removal and filing. Our accident books are fully compliant with the General Data Protection Act 2018 (implementing GDPR).
